
How Does It Work?
This partnership brings together a warehouse management system built for ecommerce brands with a next-generation returns and exchanges portal used by some of Australia’s most dynamic retailers.
The integration is a two-way data transfer, meaning data will flow into Descartes Peoplevox from Refundid and back again.
The first interaction occurs when a return is lodged in Refundid, creating a return authorisation in Descartes Peoplevox for the items being returned. The second interaction takes place when that return is processed in the WMS. Refundid will scan the Descartes Peoplevox environment and approve the return once all item quantities in a return are scanned and processed by the warehouse team.
This integration allows customers to create a return, instantly receive their money back, and then ship back their order to your warehouse, all through Refundid. Meanwhile, the warehouse team can use Descartes Peoplevox to see which items are being returned by customers, scan those items in rather than blind receive them, and get that stock back available in inventory.
